How it works

One-on-One Consultations

We provide weekly or fortnightly one-on-one consultations (in person or video call) with your Nutrition Coach.

Consultation Structure

In each consultation your Nutrition Coach will help you identify easy but important changes you can make to your nutrition. They’ll identify an easy behaviour you can focus on for the next week, and will work with you to put steps in place to make that behaviour a long term habit. With your Nutrition Coach, you’ll formalise a single, small focus for the week that will build a habit to take you towards your goals.
