How it works
Personal Coaching
At Range of Motion, you will have your own Personal Coach. You will complete a one-on-one session with them at least once a week.
Individualised Program
You will follow an individualised exercise program, completely unique to you and tailored for your unique needs.
Access to Range of Motion
In addition to sessions with your Personal Coach, you have the option to exercise on your own, following your program, always under the guidance of our staff.

Range of Motion has limited openings, and we have two ways to help you decide if we’re what you’ve been looking for.
1: Let’s chat
Firstly, we’d love to invite you in for a sit down chat with Dan Williams, Exercise Physiologist and Director of Range of Motion. This is a great way to learn more and have an open discussion around how we can best help you. There is no charge for this – it’s just a great way to ‘get a feel for the place’.
2: Free test drive
From there, if it sounds like Range of Motion might be a good fit, we’ll offer you a one hour, one-on-one ‘Test Drive’ with one of our Personal Coaches. Just like ‘test driving’ a new car before you buy, there’s no charge, and you can get a full taste of the Range of Motion Experience.
