A 10-week program focusing on movement, nutrition, and mindset.
This program was designed to be a sustainable lifestyle change for ladies. There is no fad dieting or extreme fitness regimes. All it requires is investing in yourself, a commitment to yourself and being consistent.
The elements of this program:
- Nutrition plays a massive role in any wellness program. Through nutrition coaching, we will work out an eating plan that not only you enjoy and fits in with your lifestyle but will work toward your goals. Our mantra is the way you will be encouraged to eat now is how you will eat in three months, three years and for the next 30 years!
- Movement is imperative, it is non-negotiable. We need to move our bodies each day. You may have a gym membership already, looking to join VSC or may choose to workout out from home. All the above can and will be catered for. The movement will be different for everyone and trust me with over 20 years of experience in this field I will find something that you enjoy.
- Mindset and behaviour counselling are where the magic can happen. We will explore your previous behaviours and current lifestyle choices and get to the core of why you have not been able to succeed or stick with your wellness goals.
Package A: ‘All In’.
$165 per week for 10 weeks.
- 3 x small group training sessions per week at 10.30 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at VSC.
- 2 x 1 hr nutrition consults
- 3 x 30 min nutrition consults
- 5 x 1 hr mindset/behaviour sessions.
- Attendance for an extra 3 classes at Vasse Strength and Conditioning.
Not only will you see Suze each week for group training, but you will get together once a week at her office in the Good Health Southwest building for either a nutrition consult or a mindset session.
You will also be invited to join the group chat where you can share stories, recipes, motivation, and anything else you think will benefit the group.
It is truly special creating a community of like-minded women who can have a safe space to share what is going on for them right now.
Package B: Nutrition Coaching and Counselling (NCC) (External gym membership classes).
$85.00 per week for 10 weeks.
- 2 x 1 hr nutrition consults
- 3 x 30 min nutrition consults
- 5 x 1 hr mindset/behaviour sessions
With this package, you will continue with your classes at your current fitness facility aiming for a minimum of 3 x per week.
You and Suze will catch up 1 x per week for either a nutrition consults or a mindset session.
Package C: Nutrition Coaching, Counselling, and fitness (NCCF) – (external gym memberships).
$105.00 per week for 10 weeks.
- 2 x 1 hr nutrition consults
- 3 x 30 min nutrition consults
- 5 x 1 hr mindset/behaviour sessions
- Weekly varied movement programs.
This package will include three constantly varied movement sessions per week for you to complete at your fitness facility.
You and Suze will catch up 1 x per week for either a nutrition consult or a mindset session.
Package D: Maintenance program.
$100 per week. (For VSC members only)
- 3 x small group training sessions per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10.30 am.
- 1 x 30 min nutrition consults every 4 weeks.
This package is designed for the ladies who have completed the first 10 weeks. Your training will continue.
Your package will include 1 x nutrition consult every 4 weeks to check on your progress and for feedback.
