Group Fitness

GRIT Strength and Conditioning provides a team-based approach to fitness. Our expert coaches will hold your hand and guide our classes through an all inclusive group fitness experience.

Extensive Options

Our state of the art and world-class strength and conditioning facility offers an extensive timetable of classes, including Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman, gymnastics, functional fitness and much more.

Full Access

We offer a wide variety of training options so you never get bored or plateau with your training. Your membership gives you full access to everything we have to offer so you don’t miss anything.

Opening Hours

We run 40 classes a week.

We are open 6am to 8pm weekdays, and 7am to 12pm on Saturday.
