World Class Exercise Programming

CrossFit Perth follows world-class ‘PRVN’ programming for our CrossFit, Hybrid and Olympic Lifting Programs. These three programs are integrated and are built around 9–12 week cycles that test, build, and re-test your skills.
Scalable for all levels, each program is tailored to your individual needs.

How can I find out if CrossFit Perth is a good fit for me?

We offer a free initial consultation and introduction program for $150, including:

  • Two private coaching sessions to learn or reinforce safe, fundamental movements.
  • One follow-up session after six weeks to refine your progress.
  • Four CrossFit classes to welcome you into our community.
